Bake a Few Mouth-watering Brownies with Vosges Caramel Toffee Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix

Brownie used to be one of my favorite sweet snacks when I was a kid. But over the years I got tired of it because the brownies I made out of the store bought mixes are usually dry and lack of the flavoring of rich chocolate, until recently I tried this! Vosges, a company known for its luxurious chocolate redefines the small chocolate cake square bringing both fluffiness and moist molten chocolate inside topped off with a sweet caramel toffee on top. Something so flavorful evoking pure bliss in the mouth is what Vosges is able to achieve.

For days off especially Memorial Day’s long weekend, it might be one of the best ideas to spend time with the family. Over the holiday, I made brownies for the whole family with Vosges’ mix, and it blew everyone’s mind away.

Vosges comes in a box with almost everything you need which includes a bag of brownie mix, sugar, chocolate chips, and TOFFEE!!! All you need is 3 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter. The instructions card is attached in the second photo below.

Here is the combined batter of the brownie (excluding the toffee) before popping it into the oven. Oh, before I put the chocolate chips in, I had a taste of one. It wasn’t overpowering sweet or was it super bitter. It was just right. By tasting it, I felt that it would complement (for its not so sweet taste) the brownie quite nicely due to the sugar pouch that was mixed with butter in the first step.

One of the main points to creating this perfect brownie is after you pop the batter in the oven for 20 minutes, you need to take it out and sprinkle the toffee on top. Afterwards you need to put the brownies in the oven again for another 25 minutes.

Finally, take the brownies out and let it cool on the table before eating.

Here is the inside for the brownie, super moist and gooey!

Speaking of Memorial Day, I had a healthy and simple dinner with the family. The grill was fired up and everything tasted wonderfully delicious after that. Here are some photos of the food that the family had. Corn… Mushrooms… Chicken… Brocollini… Homemade Sparkling Berry Juice!

With a rich buttery, moist, chocolatey taste, Vosges brings a brownie mix that will have the whole family sniffing and wanting to down the brownies in a matter of seconds. The center is chewy and fudgey with the perfectly melted chocolate chips. They’re so sinfully tasty and memorizing that you’d want more. The toffee on top makes them extra special by adding a second layer of flavor and crunchiness.
