Bare Escentuals bareMinerals Ready Blush The Tease The French Kiss Swatches and Review

Coming out next month, Bare Escentuals is going to release a series of blushes called bareMinerals Ready Blush. They look so hot and comfortably stunning. Let me take you test drive on two of them, The Tease and The French Kiss.

Starting off with The Tease. It is a blush that has the colors of a raspberry sorbet. You know the type of dessert that you would usually eat as an alternative to ice cream on a hot day. The second blush as shown below is The French Kiss which has a watermelon pink color. Watermelon pink is a color that is slightly hotter and deeper in pink when compared to the raspberry sorbet.

Here are the colors in pure sunlight. As you might notice there are no shimmers at all! So what kind of a finish would we see. I will show you in a bit.

Let’s talk about some background information regarding these blushes. For starters, these Ready Blushes are a stay-true solid mineral color with anti-aging benefits. What does that mean?! It means while delivering color your skin will become softer and smoother. The creation is done through a cold-pressed method. Usually, I see cold-pressed with relations to Olive Oil, say extra virgin olive oil. I know that’s good stuff, and it’s the same with these blushes. Anyways, there is SeaNutritive Mineral Complex that are composed of sea minerals with antioxidants and cold-pressed camellia oil.

The Tease (shown on left) and The French Kiss (shown on right) are easily applied on the skin. They are also long lasting with a matte finish. The Tease is obviously a little more subtle in color when compared to The French Kiss. The pigmentation are quite good with both colors and you can really build up the intensity evenly without leaving a color spot on the cheek. So the result is very natural and it feels light on the skin.

Last but not least, a compact brush is ready to be equipped for use. Even though the brush is for on the go, I so feel the bristles soft enough for the skin and it’s got the right density to pick up color each time. So I have no complains about the brush.

bareMinerals Ready Blush are compacts that come not only ready to use out of the box but also great for the skin. The anti-aging benefits along with both SeaNutritive Mineral Complex and Camellia Oil bring positive help towards the skin. There are no parabens, no binders, no fillers, and no harsh chemicals in these.

Anti-Aging benefits? So many companies are moving towards skincare injecting into makeup.

Anti-aging is one of the keys to beauty. I think it is a good move for companies.

The colors look subtle. I think the french kiss would be a lot better than the tease in terms of pigmentation.

French Kiss is a brighter shade.
