Choux Pastry Puff with Lemon Cream Filling

Over the weekend I made some Choux Pastry (Pâte à Choux) Puff from left over Eclair dough. Inside these bite sized pops are tangy sweet Lemon Cream filling. So yum! I’m glad that hubby and kids loved it.
