Dior L’Or DE VIE Skincare Collection Review

A sophisticated and luxurious brand has revamped its entire line of premium skincare. Dior L’or De Vie originally launched with only 10 molecule complex has now added an additional molecule totaling 11. The last one is Miyabenol C, an anti-aging power. Each bottle of skincare requires 6 months for harvest and 17 purification steps to extract all these molecules.

What this all translates to you is a super charged skincare that repairs the skins aging process and even reverse it! It’s like watching Back to the Future…

L’Or De Vie Skincare Collection can be found online at www.dior.com Dior boutiques, and department stores.

Starting off with La Creme. The standard weight on the bottle is 1.7 oz and is priced at $350.00. You can use this cream for both the face and the neck. There is a silky, rich, and comfortable feel to this cream upon application. It is also very smooth and hydrates your skin. One thing I found is that after use, it seems like the cream locks in moisture and replenishes the youth of the skin while it melts into the skin. Even the next morning when I wake up, I still see a glowy sheen on my face. The cream absorbs even better when I rub my hands first to warm it up, then use gentle smoothing strokes gliding on the face and neck contour. My last step is to wrap my face with my palm and press gently, it just feels heavenly. By the way, it’s lightly floral scented.

Next we have La Creme Riche which has a weight of 1.7 oz and is priced at $350.00. The difference between this formula and the normal La Creme is the richness. La Creme Riche holds an extra rich formula that deeply penetrates and nourishes the driest skin while La Creme suits for normal skin type. The cream also looks richer and has a bit yellow tone than La Creme.

Finally, La Creme Contour Yeux et Levres or Eye & Lip, is a formula that is targeted towards the lids of the eyes and the surrounding areas of the lips. This has a weight of 0.5 oz and is priced at $195.00. The La Creme Eye & Lip is able to diminish dark circles, smoothes wrinkles, and redefine lip contour. The area around our eyes and lips are indeed very important, so we want to protect these areas with the best. L’OR DE Vie La Creme Eye & Lip is one of the best eye creams I encountered over the years. It has the finest and smoothest texture that feels just like butter but without the greasiness. With gentle dabbing motion, the cream melts into the skin and creates a layer of moist that lasts for the whole day and night. The smoothing and plumping results were shown instantaneously the next day. I have also noticed the areas around my eyes and lips to become firmer and youthful in look.

Here is a sample look at each La Creme and a dab of it.

Dior’s La Creme brings the best by promoting a more radiant look after use. The consistency on the creams are so rich and powerful that all you can feel is hydration and comfortability. Even with a few uses you will for sure feel and look a lot younger than before. And the results can be maintained and improved over time. The high price tag is well worth every penny, because it reverses any signs of aging and make you look young forever.

You get quick results after using Dior’s La Creme. I have consistently used this for the past year or so ditching my Chanel Sublimage. I am going to buy a new bottle soon and I hope it has the new formula you had mentioned in it.

I have never tried Chanel’s Sublimage but I know Dior’s La Creme is really good. I especially love the richness of the cream and how absorbing it is.

Do you know how this compares with their other lines of skincare? Like Dior Snow?

Dior Snow as far as I know is for whitening. But in terms of Dior’s L’Or De Vie, this is the top of the line in their skincare hierarchy.

The colors are so different on the creams. Riche does look a lot thicker in consistency than the foamy like normal. Does the scent go away instantly or takes a while?

The scent isn’t that noticeable. It goes away fairly quickly.
