Gamila Secret Hand Cream and Foot Balm Review

Spending her entire life searching for the natural healing ingredients, Gamila has found the secret formula to make the best skin care products. Even celebrities such as Madonna, Justin Timberlake, and Rihanna are Gamila Secret fans. Each product is handmade in Galilee containing the purest hand-pressed olive oil and 15 wild herbs, taking months of processing, finally best of the best for our skin. Let’s take a look at the Hand Cream and Foot Balm.

All of Gamila Secret ingredients are 100% natural, free of synthetic substances such as preservatives, dyes, and pore clogging mineral oils. Since our skin’s natural renewal cycle is 28 days, use it at least for 28 days to see the full benefits.

Inside the box, the hand cream and foot balm are securely packaged like so. They share the same smooth rounded tube design whereas the hand cream being light orange and foot balm being minty green. One other difference is that the foot balm is at 100ml, double the size of the hand cream. The tubes are small enough to be carried in the purse for on the go. The tubes as a whole are made of soft plastic which are quite comfortable when you squeeze out the product.

Starting off with the Hand Cream. It is made from olive, grape seed oil, aloe vera leaf extract powder, vitamin E, and Gamila’s secret herbal cocktail. I will show you the ingredients on the back of the box in the next picture so you can get an idea of what they are. The special blended formula makes your hands a whole lot softer and healthier.

Apply the cream daily on the hands and let it easily absorbed into the skin without the fear of water. It is water-resistant after all. The ingredients to this is listed below.

One thing I noticed about the bottle is that the cap looks like natural stone with silvery white sparkles. It’s quite unique to the eyes.

To demonstrate, I applied a droplet on to my hand to show you how the cream looks. As you can see my hands are pretty rouge due to everyday housework. If you click on the picture to zoom, you can see the dead skins. The hand cream smells like orange but really subtle.

Right after I applied the hand cream, I immediately see the roughness gone. The cream is lightweight but absorbs fast, leaving my skin super hydrated and soft to the touch. After a few uses, I also noticed my hands started to look a bit brighter. Unlike a lot of rich hand creams make your skin feeling sticky, Gamila Hand Cream feels slippery instead and when you wash your hands, you don’t wash away the hand cream completely. So that’s a good thing that you don’t need to reapply as often.

Next, the Foot Balm is 100% natural, made from olive, grape seed, peppermint oil, Shea Butter, and of course, Gamila’s secret herbal cocktail! This foot balm relaxes and nourishes your feet along with improving blood circulation.

Here are the ingredients to show you what is included.

The package design is virtually the same as the hand cream with the exception of the minty blue color.

The foot balm dispensed is also in a refreshing minty blue color. Instead of smelling orange-y, the foot balm has cooling peppermint scent. When you apply it on the feet you will be able to feel a cooling sensation that is quite soothing. It is nourishing as well as moisturizing. The consistency on the foot balm is a tad bit thicker than the hand cream. If your feet is chapped you’ll see the balm sink into those lines and deeply healing the area. The next day in the morning some of the small lines will disappear magically. The balm also provides anti-bacterial function which is a bonus for foot creams.

After using both hand cream and foot balm for a month, I can see them really work. The hand cream provides intensive moisturization topping it with the scent of orange. My hands have never been softer than they are now. The foot balm is a peppermint cooling, relaxing, and repairing balm for the feet. Spring and summer seasons are right around the corner, chapped heels are big no no for pretty sandals. I’m glad the foot balm healed my feet so I’m ready to show off my smooth heels.

I have these and her soaps too. I think her soaps are the best and cleanses much better than a lot of cleansers out there.

Gamila’s herbal cocktail has always been something interesting to me. I see it in her soaps too. I just never really thought that Italian herbs and olive oil could be so well for the skin.
