July Beauty Magazines

It’s the end of July. I realized I haven’t shown you this month’s beauty magazines yet. I finished reading them a long time ago since Japanese magazines are always out a month ahead of time. For July I got 4 magazines. I decide to stop buying Bea’s Up because it’s always out on a different schedule and the price went up again at my bookstore. Instead I picked up Nail UP!

Voce teaches “HOW TO MAKE UP” this season. I’m really lemming the Addiction palette and those cool nail polishes.
More beach ready makeup. Don’t forget sun protection products.
Earthy tone works great with classic Japanese kimono.
Love the combination of warm cheeks and cool lids. It’s perfectly balanced for Summer.
Last but not least, hair products. I see the Shiseido Tsubaki Head Spa Extra Cleansing right in the middle. I’m going to review it soon.
Biteki included a special travel book in the magazine.
First thing you gotta go to the temple to purify your mind.
Then you can have some fish yaki and wagyu burger lunch and take a bath in the hot spring.
Or take a deep breath at the trail and enjoy your spa services.
Look at the produce and the giant asparagus. I would trade in my chicken for these.
Pastel summer makeup by Michiko Fujiwara. The Visee green shadow really pops on model’s lower lashes.
There were also products introduced for treating dark circles (kuma, same pronunciation for bear in Japanese).
Maquia’s having a show down for fair and tanned face.
Whether you choose to get tanned or stay fair, there’s a look for you.
For fair face pink cheeks and green lashes are the key.
For tanned face it’s best to have bronzy eyes and warm cheeks.
Recommended products for both skin tones. Doesn’t that little seahorse look cute!
Drugstore in Japan is truly a heaven.
These looks so yummy.
Nail Up! Gems can turn a cute nail art design into glamor.
I’m wondering where I can find the gold and silver strings. Anyone knows?
Such a clever technique to do horizontal lines but I guess it works the best for air gun.
Some nail art tutorials. I really want to try the marble design
Hopefully I can get the Chinese magazine part up tomorrow. Until then have a great day!
