Light and Healthy – Miso Marinated Salmon

Today we had a super simple dinner which took merely 20 minutes to prepare. Basically that’s how long the rice cooked. Though it’s been 10 days since hubby secretly marinated the salmon. He hid the container deep in the fridge. So when he whipped out the fish, I was quite surprised. Anyway I think the salmon would be more tastier if we waited for several more days. But I’m not complaining and the kids love it. A dinner that’s made with love and good for you,¬†what else can I ask for?
