Make Up For Ever Holiday 2012 Aqua Eyes Collection

So the Daily Photo from a few days ago was non other than the new Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes Collection for Holiday 2012. The set comes with colors that will make you shine whether for a bolder look or a festive look.

The outside packaging comes in bright neon colors text with a traditional MUFE black background. Highlighting each color is a highly reflective background showing each eye liner.

On the back of the package is a makeup TIP and also the colors in detail of each eye liner. TIP: To add dimension , trace the inner rim of the eye. For added intensity apply Aqua Eyes 3 times allowing it to dry between each application.

The colors in this set include:

0L – Matte Black (Full Size)
2L – Pearly Brown (Full Size)
21L – Dark Grey
6L – Black with Purple Highlights
12L – Blue with Green Highlights
23L – Champagne

I decided to take 2 photos from two angles showing you the colors of the eye liners from both sides. If you don’t know about what the full range of color spectrum is you could see what is out there at Sephora.

Aqua Eyes pretty much reminds me of so many things from MUFE. I mean there was Aqua Shadows, Aqua Liners, and the Limited Edition Gypsy. If you want to know the difference in size between the pencils in this collection, the deluxe size ones are 0.7g each and the full size ones are 1.2g. In my opinion the differences isn’t that huge. I would probably use Black and Brown more than the other colors. Though, they are quite festive. The different colors could go very well with different colored coats and apparel.

Each of these Aqua Eyes are famous for being smudge proof, water proof, and basically everything proof. Just don’t leave it out if you have munchkins around the house. You don’t want to have permanent stain marks on furniture or maybe the carpet. These are really long lasting just like any of the Aqua lines out. Control is always never a concern with these as well. Though, I always wondered why they didn’t add a golden color one. It would look bright and shiny when standing under a really really big Christmas Tree.

Each color is quite vibrant and highlights very well. No Panda eyes too! I think the size on the deluxe ones are easy to carry around though, there probably isn’t any point in that since they are ultra long lasting. Anyways, this set is great as a present or even a stocking stuffer this year. The size of it works out perfectly inside a stocking.

Make Up For Ever’s Holiday 2012 Collection is already available online at Sephora.
