Mini Sephora Haul

Even though I didn’t need anything from Sephora, I couldn’t resist 15% cash back from bing before they end the program. So I picked up 3 items.

The first one is actually for my husband. I promised to get him this L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme Summer Limited Edition perfume when we first saw it at Macy’s. I feel bad since it’s almost the end of the summer now.

Compared to the L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme 2.5 oz (Right), the bottle looks huge.

But it’s cheaper because they both cost $58 but the Summer Edition is 4.2 oz.

Notes:
Yuzu, Mandarin, Sage, Cardamom, Ambergris, Vetiver.
Style:
Contemporary. Masculine. Free.

I also got myself the Guerlain PARURE EXTREME Luminous Extreme Wear Foundation Water-Resistant  – Non Transferable SPF 25 – PA ++. Such a long name…

Since I fell in love with Pearly White Foundation Compact, I’ve been wanting to try its liquid foundation. So hopefully it works out for me.

I really like the pump design and the gold packaging, so luxurious.

The last item I got is the new Guerlain Meteorites 01 Teint Rose. I had the old version but I gave it to my sister so I can get the new one. I feel evil haha. They did increase the price on this but I guess the improved packaging alone is well worth it.

When I first opened it, there’re only smaller white and rose balls on the top.

I had to shake it to reveal the rest of them. So basically they have 3 shades available suited for each skin tone and the one I got 01 Tenit Rose is similar to the old “Mythic”. The white, lilac, gold, rose and green balls can be swirled together to give face that luminous glow. But if you already own “Mythic”, I don’t think there’s a huge difference between them so save the money.

That’s it for the haul. Thanks for reading.

I’m sure your husband appreciate you getting it even though it’s almost end of summer… hehe~ 🙂

The Teint Rose is pretty! I wish I had a sister to share my hobby, makeup, with *sigh*. I wouldn’t mind having one who passed down her old makeup… hehe~

Wow I must have dropped from blogging for a long time! I didn’t know that Guerlain decided to change their Meteorites collection 😮 I own Mythic, love it to death, but unfortunately don’t break it out very often 🙁 What is the packaging made of? Mine was of cardboard, which I’m not too impressed with.

oo you are smart for grabbing the goodies before bing ended! it didn’t occur to me until afterwards, and i was always under the impression that I could always go to bing when i needed to purchase that urban decay naked palette whenever it comes in stock! but in the end, UD naked never came in stock, and bing ended. LOL. I still bought something from sephora last week though when they were doing that VIB swag bag. such a sucker for freebies lol.

Guerlain’s foundation!!! One of these days I shall splurge on a Guerlain foundation, one can never go amiss with a good base makeup! =D

The Canmake cream blushes stay until I remove them, which is pretty long. But I do layer a powder blush on top, so idk what is its own staying power >_>
