MOR Italian Blood Orange Hand & Body Wash Review

Blood orange has got to be one of my favorite fruits (Yes, I love citrus). The ruby red fruit not only tastes yummy in cakes and drinks but also makes a great scent for body products. Today let me introduce you Italian Blood Orange Hand & Body Wash made by MOR Cosmetics.

This hand & body wash holds 500 ml/16.9 FL oz available for $26.00 at www.morcosmetics.com. The company specializes in luxurious bath, body, perfumery, candle, lip products, etc. I’ve seen a lot of unique scents and exotic ingredients in their collections, such as honey nectar, marshmallow and even lychee flower.

The design on this wash comes in a clear bottle with a gold colored neck and black pump. It is very simple but artistic in a way that all the colors blend in nicely create something of class. Unlike a lot of other wash pumps give you a blob of product that’s way too much for the whole family, the MOR pump actually doesn’t go very far down. So each time when you press the pump, it dispenses just a little bit of product enough for a single wash. This is a great feature especially when you use it as a hand soap.

The red calligraphy on the back with the clear wash background, gives the bottle an ancient look but with a modern twist. It’s warm and feminine. The lightweight gel wash lathers up nicely into airy foam that rinses off almost instantly. The skin was left soft, smooth and moisturized thanks to the Aloe Vera & Chamomile extracts. It also smells sweet and refreshing. The citrusy blood orange scent lingers on skin for hours.

Filled with scents of blood orange and sweet florals (Jasmine, Lilly of the Valley, and Rose), this hand & body wash feels incredibly lovely. The formula is so gentle and effective as it pampers the skin with nourishing agents. As much as I love it as a body wash, I decide to put it beside my kitchen sink as a hand wash. That way I get  to see and smell it more often. It brights up my mood when I cook and in return makes my dishes taste better. Last but not least, this product is not tested on animals and it is free of all Parabens & Synthetic Dye.

For some reason the bottle looks like a design from the Da Vinci Code.

Hey, it kinda reminds me of that too! The red letters with golden background.

This bottle is so lux looking. The red lettering looks a bit frightening though.
