It’s the New Year, 2013!! So some of the resolutions I have heard so far were Spend Less, Save More, Enjoy Life to the Fullest, Quit Smoking, Fall in Love, etc. Each of them are quite easily conquered such as starting a 401k, or even going out more often. There is one that falls under the some other ones category which is always at the top #1 spot each year. It is probably one of the hardest despite all the candy, sweets, desserts, steaks, alcohol, and all the other temptations out there, LOSING WEIGHT!
So, I decided to bring a post all about two things that can help you achieve the goal. In a rather low cost, do it yourself fashion. Besides eating healthy, going to the gym and exercise more often, there is a way to speed up the process. Let’s see how!
The first thing I will be showing off is the Fatgirl line from Bliss. I do want to let you know that these aren’t weight loss products. They are to be used in conjunction to regular exercising and healthy diets. There are a total of 5 products shown from the line.
The fatgirlsoap is a bar that cleanses but also stimulates the body with its massaging nubs. To take it even further there are caffeine and peppermint to invigorate the body. Inside the bar are also exfoliating beads from jojoba. The massaging factor is increased when the bar is used in a circular motion for extra comfort and relaxation.
Aside from myself loving Himalayan Pink Salt for cooking, fatgirlscrub contains 60% of it. Why is it there? It is used for smoothing the skin and again, for stimulating the body. This hot pink jar of scrub is also cooling as well when used right after exercising. The scent is quite clearing to the nose. When you massage and scrub it, you would feel your skin smooth to the touch afterwards.
Fatgirlsleep is a night time version of fatgirlslim that I will be showing you next after this. What you want to do with this cream is use it before sleep. The cream will slim down / firm your skin overnight. This cream is quite rich so don’t overly use it at once.
So we have seen the PM version of fatgirlslim, let’s take a look at the original one now. This cream will reduce cellulites because of the encapsulated caffeine. Besides cellulites, it is also able to firm and slim down. The cream isn’t as creamy rich as the night version but it works wonders.
A lot of people both women and men all want the flat looking stomach instead of beer bellies or others that make you look preggo when you’re not. So the answer? A sixpack! Not a six pack of beer but a fatgirlsixpack. In a nutshell this is a tummy toning gel. In this gel there are six ingredients which includes in addition to caffeine, amino acids, creatine, oat kernel extract, latex-rich manilkara tree extract, menthol, and botanical extract. What you do is put the nubs against your tummy and sculpt. There is a dispenser in the middle for the gel to come out. One of the tricks I learned was to use this prior to exercising. You will feel it while you do your routines.
So besides the Bliss Fatgirl line, what is up with the Flares? The Flares is a unique HotPants from Zaggora. Once worn, it targets your stomach, thighs, bottoms, and legs. It is quite skin tight as it heats up burning away the fat and cellulite. This is the inside and outside look of the fabric, which we don’t see is the celu-lite technology layer in between. It is able to increase core body temperature and increase the rate of calorie burn. In addition to all the exercise and Bliss Fatgirl products, this Zaggora Flares is a must have for going to the gym. Result can be seen in almost one day to over a life time. While wearing these HotPants in the gym, I did feel I sweat a lot more but luckily the fabric is very breathable so they’re incredibly comfortable to wear.
With all that is out there, I believe going to the gym on your own is the most cost effective and at your own pace workout plan. The Flares combined with all the Bliss products, burning away the fat and looking slimmer than ever before is within reach and not too hard to achieve. So what’s your new year resolution?
