Pacifica Waikiki Pikake Body Butter Review

Pacifica has really brought back memories of Hawaii. The body butter that I am featuring today not only looks exotic, it is also filled with nice scent that you can find in the air of Hawaii. Pacifica’s Waikiki Pikake Body Butter!

This body butter comes in an 8 oz tube and is for sale at $18.00 on

For those of you that don’t know what Pikake means, it is both Peacock and Jasmine combined into a term. Princess Kaiulani gave the name Pikake to a flower because she loved sweetly scented white flowers and she compared its exotic beauty to peacocks. She had peacocks roaming around in her garden!

The body butter comes as a highly effective moisturizer for the driest skin. There are Vitamin E, safflower, almond and rose hip seed oils along with shea and mango butters. The end result provides a nourishing and moisturizing effect on the skin.

The product is 100% vegan with no animal testing. Also, the product is free from parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, peanut oil, and artificial color. One of the best things about Pacifica is that a portion of proceeds is used to support clean water.

After applying a bit of the body butter, I immediately notice that the consistency was like butter! It melts into the skin making the skin feel ultra smooth. I also smell the scents of sweet jasmine and a bit of velvety sandalwood. The combination is exactly where you would find on an island like Hawaii.

Pacifica’s Waikiki Pikake Body Butter gives a scent that makes you want to go to Hawaii in an instant. But what’s even better is that it provides heavy duty nourishing and moisturizing towards the skin. After applying on you will feel the body thirst is quenched immediately. The non greasy formula absorbs fast yet lasts for a long time.

Hawaii, one of the most relaxed parts of the earth. I just thought about it after seeing the words Waikiki. I never knew there were Peacocks there though.
