Rouge Bunny Rouge Captured Mist of Serenity Gentle Cleansing Water Review

What better way to remove makeup without needing to rinse afterwards? Rouge Bunny Rouge Captured Mist of Serenity Gentle Cleansing Water is formulated free of the following: paraben, fragrance, alcohol, and soap! It is also gentle enough for the most sensitive skin in the world.

Every Rouge Bunny Rouge packaging I have came across was usually a black box with white drawings. The Gentle Cleansing Water is the first box I have encountered that has black drawings on the white background. I also notice the drawings to be a bit more like under the sea where there are jelly fishes and aqua marine life.

Our new all-in-one CAPTURED MIST OF SERENITY, Gentle Cleansing Water, ultra-gently removes make-up and all impurities from your face, eyes and lips without the necessity of rinsing afterwards. This Micellar Water cleanses and clarifies deeply without irritation, leaving your skin immediately angelically resplendent.

The frosted serenity white bottle is made of lightweight plastic material with floral design and topped with a jet black twist cap. It holds 120 ml gentle cleansing water inside.

The drip hole is simple to use and easy to dispense.

For testing, I decided to color my hand with various makeup from lipstick, blush, shimmering eyeshadow and even a waterproof mascara. Let’s see how the cleansing water performs.

I took a cotton pad and saturated it with the cleansing water to prep for the makeup removal. I could feel the cooling effect on my hand. I left the cotton pad on for a few seconds, then gently wiped it.

Voila the makeup is all gone! I was shocked by how clean it removed it. I couldn’t believe it actually removed everything and there was no a single trace of it. I was looking at my hand and saw a clean line between where there was some leftover makeup not covered by the wet cotton pad. See the white arrow pointed at. Also note my hand was a bit dry prior to makeup removal and now it looked much smoother.

Finally, here is the makeup stuck on the cotton.

Being a cleansing water, Rouge Bunny Rouge Captured Mist of Serenity is surprisingly effective and gentle to the skin. It does far better job than a lot of harsh makeup removers and cleansers. It removes everything including waterproof makeup in one go. And the best part? No rinsing! This can come really handy when traveling. At first I was a bit skeptical about it, because I was afraid it would irritate skin or leave residue. But after using it for a while, I didn’t experience any irritation at all. My skin was soft and hydrated. I also use it as a lotion in the morning and at night to remove any impurities before applying skincare. It helps my skincare absorption and makeup stay longer. I also use it to fix makeup mistakes, so I don’t have to do it all over again. Rouge Bunny Rouge Gentle Cleansing Water is such an all-in-one beauty product that everyone should at least own a bottle.

The bottle looks so much like a glow stick but it’s quite nice if it only takes one wipe.

Glow Stick! It is the first I heard of for a description but yes. It does look like now that you mentioned.
