These long slender noodles made of soy beans always give me mouth water. I love their delicate texture and subtle taste.

    I love these noodles too! I used to cook with them often when I was in China, but I can’t find them in Japan and I miss them!!

      Hmm, is there a Chinese Market around your area? Usually, they have them there next to the TOFU aisles.
