Sue Devitt Day and Night Neutrals Eye, Lip and Cheek Palette Swatch and Review

The holidays are over and it’s January. You might think what is going on with that statement? Well Sue Devitt’s holiday palette was a palette that is very notable and should be shown. Hey, it’s a full kit that can still get your looks on since we are still in Winter time!

This limited edition palette is for sale on www.suedevittbeauty.com for $37.50. You get everything you need for on the go!

Sue Devitt’s palette comes in an ocean wavy exterior design look which has texture upon touch.

On the back of the box is a nice little preview of what you could expect inside the box. There are 2 blushes, 3 eye shadows, and 3 lip glosses. This like a multi look perfection!

The product out of the box is a lightweight sleek silver colored design. It’s very smooth on handle.

You might notice that upon opening the clamshell styled palette, there are a series of colors for makeup and 2 brushes. What is more interesting is the huge mirror. It is scratch and smudge resistant. The chrome like casing on the shadows and makeup side is also very notable as well. The whole design is fresh from Sue Devitt’s line and very appealing.

Here is a shot of all the colors in direct sunlight.

Let’s start off with the 2 blushes. The names of them are Evening Rose Matte Blush (Left) and Pale Peach Blush (Right).

After swatching the 2 blushes, I found that they are very easy to glide on for application. The Pale Peach is a fresh color that is very flattering for daytime. Whereas the Evening Rose is great for contouring the cheeks for nighttime.

Here are the 3 eye shadows in the palette. The colors going from left to right are Light Pink, Chocolate Brown, and Taupe.

Filled with shimmers and iridescent looks, the eye shadows are very smooth with no fall out. The daytime look according to Sue Devitt is using Light Pink or Taupe to brighten the eyes. For nighttime, use the Light Pink for highlighting purpose then apply Chocolate Brown.

Finally, here are the 3 lip glosses that came with the palette to complete the set. Going from left to right we have Coral, Mauve, and Nude.

The lip glosses are hydrating as they are moisturizing. Nude is the only color that has noticeable shimmers while applied. The rest were more for color.

Sue Devitt’s palette comes packed with the ability for multiple looks regardless of day or night. It’s like an all in one palette that supplies all you need along with 2 brushes (1 being duo ended). All the colors are easy to apply and they are pigmented as well. The palette is so versatile especially during the Winter time for a rosy warm look.

Sue Devitt doesn’t have this palette anywhere but online. I really want to see how it looks on me.

I had a wow experience with this palette on first glance. The design has been remastered almost. Although, I think the Fall 2011 palette already looked good as is!

I tried putting fingerprints all over the mirror but it just stayed clean.
