Sue Devitt Defining Eyeliner Hvita Swatch and Review
Is everyone ready for the big event, Fashion’s Night Out tonight and Fashion Week starting today? I think we all need to sport something extravagant and cool that will make people go “Woah!”
Sue Devitt came just in time with her Defining Eyeliner Hvita. This little eyeliner cannot be underestimated because it is something powerful.
The box as most of you might know, as veterans of Fruity Lashes, is a light blue box with a calming aquatic design. This is $20.00 @ 0.28g sold online at Sue Devitt.
Being very outgoing, Sue Devitt has traveled throughout the earth. She has scuba dived and seen the following places listed on the box.
A listing of the ingredients included in the eyeliner is shown on the side of the box.
Taken from her website:
“Inspired by our star product—Eye Intensifier Pencil—NEW Defining Eyeliner is an ultra thin, twist-up pencil designed to create a precise line in vibrant colors for an intense look. Its unique formulation hydrates while defining, glides on smoothly in a soft, velvety texture, while locking in color that is long-wearing, transfer resistant, water resistant and smudge proof. Hyaluronic Filling Spheres and Nylon-12 lock in moisture, and expand and contact with facial expressions without creasing. No sharpener required.”
When I first picked it up, this eyeliner seemed like a finely made marker pen. You know, one of those one’s that only artists use especially with the alloy colored wrapping at the end.
Being made in USA, this product has a pretty standard PAO life as well, 24M. (PAO stands for period after opening)
The beauty of this product is by twisting it out without any sharpening needed. There is one small thing that irked me which was the fact that if you twisted too much out it won’t go back in. But it’s no big deal because who would really twist it all the way out to use?
The swatch of it ended up being a perfect line drawing in anyway you want it to be. It felt incredibly soft but the tip is stiff enough to draw the finest line. And if you look at it in direct sunlight, the soft metallic finish looks totally glowing.
Sue Devitt’s eyeliner has a lot of characteristics that really appeal. I tested the lasting power on this and found it to be all day and furthermore it doesn’t even crease! This eyeliner is so easy to use that it glides on easily and smoothly. I took water and splashed it on the eyeliner and found it to be water resistant with smudge proof. That means if there is any sweat you can safely say that you wont become a silvery looking panda.
What do you think of this for Fashion Night?

I love silver eyeliners!!
This one looks great!
Hehe, it’s really neat and it doesn’t crease too! This color reminds me of other brands.
Cool! Silver eyeliner for the eyes is one of my fav, actually I like coloured eyeliners a lot! But I rarely wear silver….hmm, must try to dig out a drugstore silver eyeliner that I have lying in some deep hole in my stash. 😉
Silver eyeliner is neat! It’s like having something different than the crowd and the color really sticks out too!
That color is really pretty! I’ve just discovered this line of makeup and am concentrating on base makeup for now. I keep on looking at her green eyeshadow palette. I’m going to purchase it closer to Christmas to give to one of my workers as she loves greens.
Hehe. Sue Devitt’s makeup are really pretty especially her designs are all landscape and also the sea / mother nature.
I’ve never heard of Sue Devitt but it looks really nice. Thanks for the swatches.
This is really pretty. How do you compare it with UD eyeliners?
Sue Devitt is a bit on the creme side but both are equally as good.
