Sue Devitt Lip Enhancing Gloss in Coral Sands

Beauty comes in all different shapes or even sizes. It depends on how we look at it and how others look at us. We can imagine a girl dressed at a beach very casually but with a white ivory flower as an ornament on her hair. She can also be sporting coral colored lip gloss to match her skin tone.

Sue Devitt came out with a Lip Enhancing Gloss in the color of Coral Sands to kind of give us a hint of what our imagination can bring us. Granted the owner was born in Australia where it is Kangaroo country and cute Koala Bears but that part of the continent holds bright blue skies and refreshingly cleansed waters.

The back of the box gives us what the magic is inside our little tube of wonder.

The color signature at the bottom of the tube matches the name. You might wonder what the words, “Microquatic Complex” mean right above our white flower. It is also trademarked! It simply puts our skin in a position to receive ample amounts of hydration but at the same time MDI Complex and Marine Elastin are agents to improve collagen production and elasticity.

The tube standing up has a faint skinnier body on the bottom as oppose to the top.

Here is a picture of the brush laying across the top of the open bottle. The product give s a very clean look and maximizes itself to give us a simple yet elegant design. The brush applicator is fairly small to pick up enough product at once but it gives a more precise control at the edges and corners of the lips.

The indoor swatch of our friend gives a striking coral red color that is evenly coated yet very hydrating. Not even that, the pigmentation is amazing. It can even compete a lipstick but only in a gloss formula.

Turning the sun on (I wish that could happen everyday), the fine shimmers all sparkle in a dewy yet subtle way. They add a lot of dimensions to the beautiful coral color.

I love this rich coral color from Sue Devitt, it’s really flattering and easy to wear. The formula is light weight and non sticky with maximum coverage. It does a great job in filling in lip lines while giving lips a glossy and natural wash of color. It’s moisturizing and stays all day. Though one thing I’d like to point out is that there’s a tingling sensation that could be annoying for some people.

usually sparkles in lipglosses are a major turn-off for me, but the sparkles in this gloss actually looks really pretty.
