Sometimes a lipstick is coordinating with what we dress and wear or even how we look overall. Other times, we look to things of finer quality with a lux touch to it. With elegnt black lacquer like finish for case design, Suqqu Creamy Glow Lipstick 16 Akanecha doesn’t disappoint!
Being smooth and sleek, Suqqu’s packaging has been consistent with its #1 look for all these years. Suqqu eye shadow palette and blush all have the same design. Decorated with pure black packaging, SUQQU Creamy Glow Lipstick line contains groups of pinks, corals, browns, and reds, a total of 18 lipsticks. Today we have #16 Akanecha.
After popping off the cap, the lipstick utilizes a traditional twist and turn mechanism which is apparent in most designs. The hold on the body is rather more delicate, skinnier but taller. It’s almost like an artist brush.
The color from this lipstick is a very Fall like brown with rich rosy mauve undertone. Something that isn’t big fancy over the top color red or something so light that becomes a bit like pink. The rosy brown does have a little duskiness to it though.
The lipstick itself is quite an easy blend and application. It is very rich and creamy which easily holds a strong color. Glowy as it can be, Akanecha is very pigmented as well. A little bit of it goes a long way. The balm like texture is soft and silky smooth, almost melts instantly into the lips like butter. It doesn’t feel sticky or heavy either which is a bonus in addition to its moisturizing effect.
Earlier I mentioned outfits and what we wear overall. Now, after looking at the color of the lipstick, I recently looked into my drawer for my Burberry dress that I purchased a few years back. I remember there was a similar red color in the checks that goes fine and dandy with this lipstick. Though, I never found it available online anymore. But that seems to be always the case with fashion. Each season there are brand new looks and designs while the previous one gets put on the sale rack and goes into deeper discounts until it is sold. I did however find a similar outfit to go with the lipstick. It has the Fall / Autumn look which is quite coordinating. You could also find a similar less priced alternative from Asos.
Also, we should never leave home without accessories. It is the accessories that are accents to what details we have on. Take for example of this watch band bangle from Maison Martin Margiela.
The semi-dusky brown color from Suqqu really is the best for Fall. It is perfect paired with some of the style clothing that I shared with you. If you didn’t know I recently got heavily entrenched into fashion. I probably wasn’t this entrenched until now. But anyways, when you pick up a Suqqu lipstick you feel a surge of luxurious touch and feel to it. It brings a touch of elegance mixed in with subtle maturity. Suqqu’s formula is also outstanding, creamy and color intensity is just about right after a single application.
