Violent Lips Temporary Lip Tattoos Review

Putting on lipstick is like an everyday thing. The thing is the same old every time. What if there was some flavor or blast… Like a design that catches the attention or even colors that are stunning just like how nail art is done? Ok, you might wonder what was all that about? Somethingamajig…

Look no more because Violent Lips are here! Violent Lips are a form of tattoo that is for your lips. Oh and they are temporary so its removable. I got 3 patterns to try out, the Red Fishnet, The Lite Pink and White Stripes, and the Pink Tiger.

The first pattern I tried was the Red Fishnet. It came with 3 sets of lip tattoos, and a pattern card which doubled as an instruction card.

The first thing you do is to read the instruction on the back of the pattern card. It tells you how to prep your lips and your tattoo. And of course how to remove it. Then you pop out the lip pattern and get ready for the fun.

All you need is a pair of scissors for trimming off the excess of your lip tattoo and a wet cotton ball for applying the lip tattoo. There’re 3 preprinted lines on both sides as well as on the bottom that you can just follow those lines. Honestly, it did take me a while to figure out where I need to cut and how to apply it. Most importantly don’t forget to peel off the plastic sheet on the pattern side or else you won’t be able to apply it.

My very first Violent Lips attempt… Sadly, it didn’t come out very good because my lower lip was cut too much and the corner was a little messed up. But overall the whole process wasn’t too bad.

My second attempt was the Lite Pink and White Stripes pattern. This time it seemed so much easier. Since I saved the paper backing and used it as a guide, the trimming was a lot faster and the result was so much better too. Only the corner had some minor issue.

My third play was the Pink Tiger. I think it looked perfect on me. What do you think? I did even better with this one because I was pretty much familiar with the process and I just cut the pattern according to the paper backing I saved from before. It only took me less than 5 minutes to apply these wild lips.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m already hooked by these cute and fun Violent Lips. Although at first it seems hard and takes a while to figure out what to do, once you get a hang of it, it becomes a piece of cake. The toughest part is to measure and trim the pattern precisely. If you can get that right, you’re guaranteed a perfect application. Saving the paper backing for next time would be a good idea. You can also try this method. Apply red lipstick first, then print your lip pattern on a piece of paper. Then cut that pattern as your guide. But make sure your lips are completely clean and dry before applying Violent Lips. Or else it won’t last.

So you may have questions regarding how long they last, how comfortable they feel and how easily they’re removed. I do believe these last quite a while, approximately 4+ hours. They’re like a layer of thin film so you will definitely feel they’re there, but it’s nothing terrible. It’s totally fine drinking but I don’t suggest eating anything greasy with these. As long as you saturate the whole lips with baby oil, it’s not a problem removing them.

One last question. Where do I find these? On their website!

Have you gotten your Violent Lips yet? What are you waiting for?

I was thinking the same thing but the only time I could sport these fierce lips is on Halloween which only happens once a year 🙁

Halloween is right around the corner or you can sport it during the entire month of October or around Halloween time.

yes you can definitely do that or even LOL. though they crack a bit if you use too much force. but the people in front of you won’t even notice. i can only see it in the mirror if i move it super close.
