Weekend Adventure at Jack’s Prime Burgers & Shakes and Beauty Blogger Linkins

For Labor Day Weekend, the family and I went out to a famous hamburger joint in San Mateo, CA. The place is known for their burgers and shakes!

…And here’s Jack’s Prime Burgers & Shakes!

This place has super great shakes with lots of flavors. They’re made with Double Rainbow ice cream and Clover Stornetta milk. My favorite flavor is mango! It used to be a regular on the menu but they took it off. I saw it appeared on the monthly special menu that’s why I found out. I was really sad.

Hubby got his mint chocolate chip milkshake as always, boring…

I love how they also give you the leftovers in the shaker, that’s like almost half a cup.

Here’s a snapshot of their logo / brand name if the first picture was too blurry.

Kids will get a drawing paper with a hamburger! My daughter painted her buns a purple. sigh….

This is what the kid’s got, slider with fries. It took her no time to finish off the tiny burger.

Hubby got the Hawaii style chicken sandwich on the monthly special menu and garlic fries. I think the chicken is a bit too dry. But again I never liked grilled chicken sandwich.

This is my share, great with beer, even though we didn’t order beer. I love grilled mushrooms and deep fried pickles. Sometimes we just order a side fried pickles, they’re so crunchy and tasty.

The place usually has 13 hamburgers of which 12 are regulars on the menu with 1 being burger of the month. They usually have 9 shakes with 8 being regulars and 1 being shake of the month. Jack’s Prime is great for all hamburger and shake lovers! Hope I didn’t make you too hungry =)

Deep fried pickles sound great. I couldn’t figure what the picture was showing first, I thought it was fried fish lol. The milkshakes look divine. 🙂

The Fried pickles and Milkshakes are great! Their milkshakes come in full meaning the leftovers are yours too! The fried pickles can sometimes be a bit sour…
