Weekend Adventure at Mitsuwa Hokkaido Fair and Beauty Blogger Linkins

This week Mitsuwa was having a fair from Hokkaido, Japan. There was a lot of things to see and a lot of good eats! Most of the stuff ranged from rare delicacy sweets to a lot of seafood.

Starting off with the good stuff. The cake that you see here is a sweet fluffy rare cheesecake that doesn’t look like the greatest designed. But upon tasting it, it’s so good that it melts in your mouth making you drool for more!

This year was extra special because they included a new cake brand! The cakes are made from Sapporo and taste extra special. The one on the far right is more so made like a creme brulee. Whereas the one on the left is a dome shaped cheesecake.

Next, we move on to the seafood section. Aside from the Mentaiko (Marinated Roe of Pollock) and the other great fish, there was the CRAB! The crab was a Hokkaido Snow Crab imported in. I ate this crab 2 years ago and the meat was so succulent and sweet but just getting the meat out was hard.

In the crate right next to the smaller crabs was the big one! It was a jumbo sized Hokkaido Snow Crab.

Finally, going to Mitsuwa you can never forget about sushi! Well here is the sushi made from King Crab Legs.

…And this concludes this week’s adventure!
