Weekend Adventures at Hankook Korean Market and Japan Town

So for this week’s weekend adventure there was a few things here and there that I want to share with you all.

Starting off with Hankook Korean Market, I took a picture of pickled cucumbers that apparently seem like kimchi styled.

There was also a lot of dry noodles that can be bought to make cold noodles, also kimchi style but with eggs and slices of beef.

The rabbit on the soup stock is cute. It’s like a little farmer picking crops. Notice that the rabbit even has a shirt!

So apparently sea salt at the korean market is rather cheap. But what made me take the pic was the little guy on the top right waving a Korean flag while running.

Ginseng runs all over in a Korean market. The little root is like medicine!

The next destination was Japan Town. At Japan Town there were ramen places all over. A notable one is downstairs next to the bathroom. They even show you how they make their Chashu Ramen.

More pics of the Chashu Ramen.

Picked up these magazines at the Kinokuniya bookstore. I’m super excited about the body roller. I think I saw it somewhere before.

The Make Up For Ever set that I picked up at Sephora yesterday. Freebies like this usually run out even before I get to the store. Lucky me this time! The little bag is so cute! Thanks Sephora and MUFE.

See you next week.

I love going to Asian grocery stores. I only went to Japantown recently but didn’t get to try any ramen places sadly. Chashu ramen is divine usually though. ^^
